Service
Retailer Limits provides tools for configuring purchasing restrictions within supported Shopify stores. Availability of particular features depends on Shopify platform capabilities and the app version installed.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for choosing appropriate restrictions, testing their configuration, maintaining accurate product information and ensuring their use of the app complies with applicable laws and Shopify terms.
Functionality and availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shopify platform changes, configuration errors or third-party outages may affect operation. Merchants should test checkout rules before relying on them.
Charges
Any applicable charges and subscription terms will be displayed through the Shopify installation or billing process. This page does not create a separate payment obligation.
Changes and termination
Features may be updated, changed or withdrawn, subject to applicable requirements. Merchants can uninstall the app through Shopify Admin. Data handling following uninstall is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other liability limitations should be reviewed and finalised before public release.
