Overview

TruBytes Delivery Date Manager is a Shopify app operated under the TruBytes product brand by No Time To Sleep. This policy explains the information the app may process in order to provide delivery scheduling, fulfilment controls and related merchant features.

Information the app may process

Depending on the features a merchant uses, the app may process Shopify store information and data relating to products, orders, Draft Orders, customers, locations, shipping and fulfilment. This can include order identifiers, customer delivery information, order attributes, delivery dates, notes, postcodes, product information, location information and configuration settings.

How information is used

Information is processed to provide app functionality such as delivery-date selection, delivery and pickup rules, order and product capacity, local-delivery eligibility, carrier-rate calculations, Draft Order delivery editing, production lists, order management and analytics.

Shopify and service providers

The app communicates with Shopify through Shopify APIs and webhooks. Infrastructure and service providers may process data where required to host, secure, maintain or operate the app. Data is not used for unrelated advertising purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Operational data and app settings may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, support merchants, maintain legitimate operational records or meet legal obligations. Shopify privacy and compliance webhooks are supported for customer data requests, customer redaction and shop redaction.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information processed by the app. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for their own Shopify store privacy notices, customer communications and lawful use of personal data. This policy describes the app's processing and does not replace a merchant's own privacy obligations.
